Service Offerings
Individuals
Your relationship with yourself is key to how happy you are at home, in your relationships, at work, and beyond. I collaborate one-on-one with my clients to help them cultivate self-compassion and heal from wounds so they can move from surviving to thriving. I act as a guide and a sounding board for my clients, with a commitment to respect and the belief each individual is the expert on their own experience.
Partners
I have experience supporting partners in both monogamous and non-monogamous relationship configurations across the constellations of sexuality and gender. I help partners understand their patterns and cycles, and develop and hone communication skills so they can better hear each another, and feel more fulfilled and at peace in their relationships with loved ones.
